The Executive Health Gap · Research by Everlab

Executives look fine. Their blood work says otherwise.

Everlab tested more than 4,200 Australian professionals. On the markers that matter most for long-term disease risk, executives came out worse than everyone else.

1 in 4

executives have a cholesterol ratio linked to heart attack and stroke.

40%

of executives show early warning signs for diabetes.

50%

of executives have elevated uric acid, a sign of stress from diet, alcohol, or both. The biggest gap in the dataset.

03 · The contradiction

Fit on the outside. Flagged on the inside.

By their mid 40s, executives are leaner and fitter than their peers. Everlab found they carry healthier body fat levels and better VO2 max by 45 to 54. Yet across the blood markers, the executive gap widens with age. Training changes how you look. It doesn't fix what's in your blood on its own.

60%

of executives aged 35 to 44 carry excess body fat for their height.

37%

of younger executives have suboptimal VO2 max.

Share of each group flagged outside Everlab's optimal range. Executives vs non-executives, ages 35 to 44 (700+ executives, 1,700+ non-executives).

06 · From insight to action

Testing finds it. We address it.

Everlab shows you where you stand. True Body is what happens next. Every Executive client starts with the full Everlab clinical workup, then trains, eats and recovers on a plan built around those results. At 12 weeks Everlab retests, so you can review what moved in the numbers, not just the mirror.

04 · Proof

The only flex is a marker that moved.

Your baseline is measured before anything is written, and measured again after the first twelve weeks. Progress is a number you can hold against the last one.

Client stories, in their words. Names are shortened to initials.

“Ten diets in three years and nothing held. The body ended up being the smallest part. I think sharper now, and I can't put a figure on what that's worth.”

W. · PERFORMANCE

“Six years of starting Monday. This is the first time I haven't started over.”

G. · PERFORMANCE

“We were already training four days a week. What we didn't have was direction. Now every session has a reason, and we get pushed past where we'd have stopped on our own.”

M. & K. · PERFORMANCE

“Six and a half years on my vision board. Eighteen weeks here. Today I took it off.”
