About True Body

True Body is operated by Ringvall Investments Pty Ltd. We provide private coaching from Unit 8/454 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.

Information we collect

Our consultation and assessment forms collect your contact details and answers, including health and lifestyle information you choose to share. We also record your contact preferences and any optional SMS consent.

How we use it

We use this information to assess whether our coaching is a suitable fit, contact you about your enquiry and deliver coaching. Please share only information you are comfortable providing for these purposes.

Storage and service providers

Information is stored with secure database hosting and processed by our customer relationship management service (CRM) and email provider to manage enquiries and communications. These providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and measurement

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technology to measure site visits and ad performance. Google receives visit and event information for measurement and ad optimisation. Ad click identifiers are stored with enquiries to understand which ads lead to enquiries. Form answers and contact details are not included in our Google conversion event payloads.

Our intended audience is in Australia. We do not show a cookie banner. Google tracking is enabled only when a visit is verified as Australian, and is blocked where location cannot be verified or an applicable opt-out is detected. Agreeing to this policy does not grant consent to share contact details for advertising matching.

You can change your advertising preferences in Google Ads Settings and stop Google Analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also manage cookies through your browser. These choices can be changed later.
