- A designated trainer who runs every session
- Personalised training program, rebuilt as you progress
- Personalised meal plan

- Accountability between sessions
Phase 01
Baseline
Clinical testing through Everlab and a capacity baseline: strength, stability and conditioning. Your program is written from those numbers, not from a questionnaire.
Phase 02
First twelve weeks
Private coaching in Osborne Park to a program built for your week, with nutrition and accountability between sessions.
Phase 03
Clinical retest
After the first twelve weeks, Everlab retests so the change is measured rather than described.
Phase 04
Ongoing training
Coaching and accountability continue, with training adjusted as your progress and schedule change. Your ongoing arrangement is explained at consultation.
Everlab is our clinical partner. Everlab delivers the clinical testing and medical review independently. True Body delivers the coaching, programming and accountability. Clients use a full Everlab membership, with testing at the start and a clinical retest after the first twelve weeks. How that membership is arranged is discussed privately at your consultation.
Performance, answered.
Who is Performance for?
Busy professionals in and around Perth who want structure, a coach who knows their history, and training that survives a full working week. It suits people who want to train consistently rather than occasionally.
How many sessions do I get, and who runs them?
Two 45 minute private sessions each week, run by a designated trainer who takes every session, so you are not re-explaining your history each visit.
What happens in the first twelve weeks?
We start with a baseline: clinical testing through Everlab and a capacity assessment of strength, stability and conditioning. Your program is written from those numbers and rebuilt as you progress, with a personalised meal plan and accountability between sessions.
What happens after the clinical retest?
After the first twelve weeks Everlab retests so the change is measured rather than described. Coaching and accountability then continue month to month, with training adjusted as your numbers and your schedule change.
How does training fit around work and travel?
Session times are set with your coach around your working week, and travel or busy periods are planned for individually rather than through a fixed rule. Bring your calendar to the consultation and we will talk through what is workable for you.
Where does the training take place?
All sessions run privately at our Osborne Park base inside Fitness Cartel, Unit 8/454 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park WA 6017. There is onsite parking at the facility.
What is Everlab's role?
Everlab is our independent clinical partner. Everlab's doctors deliver the testing and the medical review; True Body delivers the coaching, programming and accountability. Clients use a full Everlab membership, with testing at the start and a clinical retest after the first twelve weeks. How that membership is arranged is discussed privately at your consultation. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
How does the application and consultation work?
You apply online, we read the application, and if the program looks like a fit we arrange a private consultation in Osborne Park. At that consultation we walk you through the program, the first twelve weeks, how training continues afterwards, and the full investment. Applying does not book a session or commit you to anything.
